The Committee on Banking and Insurance moved to amend the bill on page fourteen, section five, line twenty-three, by striking all of subsection (c) and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"(c) Group registration. - - Each group PEO seeking registration shall pay a fee not to exceed one thousand dollars.";
On page twenty-five, section eleven, following line nineteen, by inserting the following:
"§33-49-12. Rules.
The commission may propose legislative rules in accordance with article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code as needed to implement the provisions of this article." ;

AND

Renumbering the remaining sections.
